Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of the item.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:

  • Mattress Protectors & Encasements (once opened)
  • Specialty Medical Pillows (opened products due to health considerations)
  • Any products where the hygiene seal has been broken

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, you’ll receive a return authorization email with instructions and a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.

Step 3: Package and Ship

Securely package the item in its original packaging, include all accessories and documentation, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Step 4: Ship Your Return
